Delivering these services via our professional management and directly employed trades teams in-house with the companies’ core family values inherent in all that we do, present I&G as one of few UK Principal Building Contractors offering our clients a complete construction solutions package.

The I&G team has recently joined Sewell Group, a regional Hull-based family organisation founded in 1876. • Work with the company’s ‘People Team’ to keep personnel records up to date

• Process purchase orders and maintain company databases and systems
• Implement and maintain procedures and administrative office systems

Skills and Attributes:

As well as fitting into the I&G family culture, the successful candidate will have the following;

• Previous administrative experience within an office environment
• Excellent communication and relationship development skills
• A professional demeanour with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Possess good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a variety of tasks
• Intermediate level of computer literacy and comfortable with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A positive approach to learning, development and progression
