Higher Education Schemes at the University of Leeds

I&G are pleased to announce that they have been awarded the following two schemes at the University of Leeds:-

  • Edward Boyle Library - The project is to be undertake over 3no. phases and involves the refurbishment to the entrance way to the Edward Boyle Library for the University of Leeds. Works will incorporate; strip out, partitioning works, electrical works, joinery and finishing trades. 
  • Montague Burton Flats - The scheme involves the internal refurbishment of existing student residential accommodation to provide new upgraded facilities. Works incorporate: Minor building works / general repairs, new floor coverings, new internal finishes / decoration and mechanical alterations. Blocks M&N will be vacant for the duration of the contract but buildings beyond the works will be occupied at all times.
