Retail Refurbishment

The works undertaken by I&G for Maynard's retail units were under a measured term contract agreement to provide the full internal refurbishment and in some units the extension and construction of additional workspaces.

The works incorporated of a full internal stip out of the existing shop facilties taking the shop back to a its shell. I&G be-spoke joinery division would manufacture and install a new shop front, retail counters and specialist wall panneling. Selected units would also include an extension into an adjoining building providing further shop floor space for the client.

Further additional works would incorporate:-

• Full re-decorations
• Internal & external signage
• New kitchen and toilet facilities

The retail units were located across the north east of England in Selby, Goole, York, Thirsk and Guisborough.
