Office Refurbishment - Bradford

The project involved the full internal refurbishment and external construction works to provide the client a new state of the art office block in the centre of Bradford.

The works incorporated:-

• Full internal strip out
• Removal of existing fixtures and fittings
• New lighting throughout
• New heating system
• Redecoration
• Formation of new toilet facilities
• New staricases incorporating steel handrails and balustrades
• New aluminium windows
• Formation of new entrance - incorporating new feature steps
• Repointing to the full building

The refurbishment provided the client with a 3 storey office accommodation keeping the original details from the building and incorporating new innovative designs throughout.
