Scope of works

The project involved the refurbishment and construction works to an existing public house incorporating:

  • Asbestos removal works
  • Removal of fixtures and fittings
  • Removal of existing floor coverings and installation of new
  • Upgrade to lighting in bar area
  • Relocation of electrical sockets
  • Installation of new CCTV security system
  • Refurbishment of lessee accommodation 
  • Formation of new disabled toilet
  • Removal and reinstatement of windows
  • Full internal and external decoration works

The scheme was completed within a 6 week period to ensure the client would gain full re-occupation to avoid the loss of revenue.
