The project involved the refurbishment and construction works to an existing public house incorporating:

• Construction of new first floor bar area with associated access and emergency staircases
• Alterations to existing patio area to form level seating area with smoking canopy
• Removal of existing floor coverings and installation of new
• Upgrade to lighting in toilets and bar area 
• Redecoration
• Refurbishment of ground floor toilets

I&G incorporated the provision of temporary toilets for the public house for the duration of the works as the main public house was to stay in full occupation and trade throughout the full refurbishment scheme
