Scope of works
I&G undertook a prestigous scheme a the King Street Chambers in Manchester, providing the client with a full internal refurbishment with be-spoke joinery solutions used throught the project.
The works incorporated:
- Full internal strip out
- Decorative Oak panneling
- Oak Doors
- Oak Skirting & Architraves
- New air conditioning system
- Full re-decorations
- Full electrical installations
- Carpets throughout
The scheme also included a large glass atrium roof light manufactured out of an aluminium powder coated frame which provided the client with a contemporary aspect too a very traditional prestigous internal refurbishment.
