External Roofing Renovation Works

The project involved the lowering and reconstruction of the parapet walls. The fitting of structural steel channel support and bracket to existing steel. Removing louver and infilling opening with brick and blockwork.

• Working at height from scaffolding utilising lanyards and harnesses
• Utilising waste chutes tied into the scaffolding allowing waste removal into the enclosed skip and ground level
• Working above an arterial road with the general public passing below the working area
• Sectioning the internal building to prevent access to the work area so the client had full occupation to the property with emergency access routes open at all times 

 The works were fully completed within a 2 week time frame allowing the client to re-occupy the building and install specialist machining equipment.
