Scope of works
The works comprised of the demolition of existing dental facilities within an existing building on level 5 at the University of Leeds. Initial works were to take the building back to a shell to prepare for the provision of new dental x-ray and ancillary reception and medical facilities inclusive of 106 chair positions to be completed within a 4 phased construction and sectional completion program.
Works incorporated:-
- Specialist designed waste removal drop zone
- Full Mechanical & Electrical Strip out and re-installation
- Be-spoke reception counters
- Asbestos removal
- New Floor coverings, suspended ceilings, decorations, doors, blinds, curtain tracks wall and door protection throughout
The scheme was undertaken with students / teaching staff and patients all remaining in full occupation without disruption.
