Scope of works
The works comprised of the strip out and removal of internal facilities back to a shell, structural alterations inclusive of the removal of the existing external façade to the ground floor elevation of a multistorey structure, structural alterations, construction of a new single storey infill extension and the full refurbishment of an existing sterilisation unit to form Endoscopy Treatment, Recovery & Ancillary Rooms inclusive of all partition constructions, finishes, fit out and Mechanical & Electrical Services provisions. External works comprising access staircases, new paved pedestrian walkway and disabled parking area were undertaken.
