Scope of works

The project comprised of the demolition of an existing single storey building attached to the main building and the construction of a new single storey extension comprising concrete foundations/floor slab, pitched roof, load bearing brick external walls and internal fit out works.

Internal alterations comprising of:

  • Removal of internal partitions,
  • Alterations to door openings
  • Installation of new doors
  • Full redecorations, partitions and a new raised floor.

The existing heating, electrical and plumbing installations were all upgraded and renewed with under floor heating being installed to the whole ground floor. An external disabled access ramp was formed to provide access and egress from the new be-spoke hardwood door positioned down the side of the Church.
